Planning to retire in Florida this year, I have a place in a residential zone but no loft.  I’m also looking for an agriculture zoned property which is requirement to fly in Spring Hill, but it may be a few years before I get back to the sport.  I’d like to have my breeders put to good use in the mean time, due to my uncertainty for the near future.
