25 ERIE 5563, BB
Hatched: 13 March
Note the end date of the auction is 27 April. I am unable to ship out early the previous week.
Starting bid of $1
Bred off imports from Eijerkamp, this specimen will be a great cross for adding strong 300-500-mile performers to your family. The brave will want to race this youngster, the visionaries will put him to stock for breeding right away.
The sire is “Schallie Hans” (SBB) - direct son of the wonder “Olympic Hans” and is brother to multiple Ace Pigeons and big race winners. Olympic Hans won 3rd Ace Pigeon Long Distance as a 3-year-old in the Netherlands (2015). While many would have retired such a performer to the breeder’s loft (like me), Hans kept racing. As a FIVE-year-old, he would achieve even greater accomplishments, winning 1st Olympiad Pigeon All Distances for Belgium (2017). His breeding potency is already proven, having bred multiple big race winners and young that have also bred winners, and Olympic Hans is one of the two cover birds on Eijerkamp’s annual breeder’s book. In other words - his best.
Here are some more of his racing highlights
And as a breeder he is sire or g’sire to;
Hans Schallie is a larger male, solid body, and not an overly dominant personality in the loft. Top box owner.
The dam is “Splendid 869” (BB) - daughter to “New Che” who won 1st Place NPO twice – a feat rarely seen. New Che’s direct children have won multiple OLR and Provincial races around the globe as shown on Eijerkamp Pigeon/fb. His Sire is f/bro to “Lady Di” (2nd National Ace LD) and he bred himself “Emiko” and “New Che”, both winners of NPO races! Her Dam is half-sister to “Olympic Nicole” who won 1st Olympiad Long Distance (2015) and is also a g'dau to the above Olympic Hans! Here is an opportunity to bring in some tough to come by bloodline that can add an immediate impact for your loft. “Splendid” is a very tame hen, who often is the first to land on my shoulder upon entering the breeder’s loft. She is medium sized, and slender (not an apple body-type).
Copies of parent pedigrees are shown. I’ll post an updated photo during the week. No guarantee on the bird’s sex.
