IF 20 HALL 1028 BB hen. Bred by Erik Hall. I purchased this hen from Erik 2 years ago. She was entered by Erik in the Flamingo Classic in Florida. She clocked very high in both the 300 and 400 mile races and her nestmate is a proven breeder of top winners for Erik.  I've always done well with Erik's birds crossed onto mine, so I decided to bring another one of Erik's Janssens into my loft and breed a few with my own Janssens and then keep the young and donate the original, so this is what I am doing.  I have three from this hen for my future breeding.  In her first season in my loft she bred an AU Qualified Ace that clocked in all races all the way through to 500 miles.  This hen is loaded with the best of "De Klak" as a study of her pedigree will show that her sire is the old line Klak blood that Erik has had and been winning with since the 1970's.  The mother is a direct hen from Hapyco Lofts in California from birds they bought direct from Jos Klak at the end of his career.  The old Klak blood onto the new Klak blood has been a big success for Erik.  If you are looking for high quality proven pure Janssen blood, this is about as good as it gets.  My own success with these Erik Hall birds is a good barometer.  Erik's birds win big especially on the east coast as he is a very small loft and only breeds a few birds every year, but people line up to get them from him, because they WIN!
