Color Me Pretty is one of my sweethearts. I’ve been sweet on her since I bought her from the Hoosier Classic Auction. She cost me a pretty penny at over $15k because her performance in the Hoosier was so vert dominant and there were many breeders seeking to get her. But, I was thrilled to win her in the auction and she’s been breeding strong for me ever since, with a 95% hatch rate! She was rested for 6 months from breeding, and recently started successfully breeding again with her new mate, “Silver Bullet”.
She’s a small-medium sized hen, smart, athletic and feisty (one of my most steadfast and aggressive nest guarders). Most Hoosier Classic final race winners that I’ve bought are sleek, small-medium and built like distance athletes. They all seem to have that in common, and Color Me Pretty fits that description perfectly. I hope the successful bidder loves her as much as I have! Best of luck!
