This is a very special auction this week. I will be offering most of my foundation birds. I have moved to a new home and am retiring from my practice after 50 years. These are the parents to this year’s race team.

I have been racing pigeons for over 40 years winning 4 California State Hall of Fame, several  AU Champs and numerous Average Speed Awards This particular family is responsible for three All-American, 5 California State Hall of Fame winners, Awards, AU Hall of Fame Winners, three Walt Disney awards (best in California) and 100's of combine winners. Moreover, they are the most beautiful pigeons you will ever own. We are also very proud and thankful to the American Racing Pigeon Union for selecting Skylake Sions to receive the Elite Breeders Award for 2016. First California State Hall of Fame 2005 young birds! "Champion Bird 2005 Y.B." 1st 163 miles, 1st 164 miles,1st 270 miles, 3rd 115 miles, 9th 300 miles, 11th 234 miles! Dam to 825 and 826 is Gail's Girl" - Another super dau of "Princess"! She sired "Golden Boy".  I flew him in 2004 young birds winning 1st 175 miles 13 lofts, 232 birds, 1st 275 miles 10 lofts, 96 birds, 1st  $5 Auction race  275 miles, He also flew the 300 mile and 100 mile races. He was 1st in show in class.  She bread 3 winners, 2nd 300, 2nd 400 and was 1st in show in class! Sire is "Megas Son"

Dam is"Pretty Girl".  Second California State Hall of Fame in 2005 young birds placing 1st 295 miles, 1st 234 miles, 1st 163 miles and stocked. Her sire is "Handsome"  the best foundation bird I have ever owned breeding over 12 race winners. Dam is " Pretty Lady "  AU 95 NSH 0859Bcspl has bred many winners including “The Man” who was Champion Bird Club and Concourse. As yearling in his first 8 races he was 1^st 250 miles, 15 lofts 142 birds, 1^st (equal) 275 miles 16 lofts 114 birds, 1^st (equal) 110 miles, 6th 175 miles 220 birds 16 lofts, 5^th 200 miles 135 birds 15 lofts, 6^th 400 miles 127 birds 15 lofts, 6^th 250 miles 142 birds 10 lofts, 7^th 607 miles 125 birds 13 lofts. She also bred 1st 220, 4th 450, 3rd 300 and 6th 600. She was 1st in show in class. DAM: "Snow Girl"  Second 500 miles with only 2 day birds and stocked. Sire is "Chis" Direct son of "Silver Class" and and following in his footsteps as a great breeder. 1st 550 miles, 2nd 600 mils, 1st 400 miles, 5th 400 miles, 1st 125 miles etc. This in 3 years with 3 different hens!  Sire  "Silver Class" Outstanding breeding cock At last count he had bred 1st 600, 1st 450, 1st 300, 2nd 600, 4th 500 etc. From the hit pair: "Falco's Boy" AU 87 NSH 994 and AU 85 NSH 0150 (Landing View Lofts). Dam (the last ever bred from her!) is AU 04 X 6439 "War Mistress" Bred 4 firsts including nest mates that were equal first north valley one loft race. Runner up overall in No. Cal show and st in show in class for 3 years!.  Sire  " Hand some " Super breeder. He has bred over 10 race winners including “Misty” 4 x 1^st. Dam is “Alexandria” who bred 3 time diploma winner, 1st in show and a dau of “Handsome”. He flew to 600 miles. He was 1st in show in class. Dam to "Snow White" "Miss Wenatchee” 1st 550 miles 2006 Old Birds is another super daughter of "Handsome"! She was one of the last birds he bred before going infertile.
