'AUB 730' is a 2025 July latch sleek Direct-Daughter of 'Missil' one of Steve Sterchi's Top-2 Foundation Cocks. We did not sell him last year during Steve's estate sale as he was 9 years old and potential buyers were concerned on whther or not he would still be fertile. Kim Sterchi and I (Matt) decided to keep him and were able to breed several late hatches over the summer and early fall from him. He ended up filling 11 of 12 eggs (one fertile egg broke) and we bred 10 children in total from him. He raised three of those rounds himself. He was mated to 'Pocket Rocket' who is also his aunt. A heavily inbred mating that should be a great outcross.
'AUB 730' is also an inbred Granddaughter of 'Tia Chica" ($100,000 Triple Crown Winner) and 'Camilo' ($46,000 Winner and #1 Cock for Missils Castro)
'AUB 730' is an inbred Half-Sister of '1755 ~ Torpedo' who was the #1 Current Breeder at the time of Steve's passing. She is also a Half-Sister of '901' who was a Top-2 Breeding Hen for Steve as well.

'AUB 730' is a sleek good looking hen that overall is nice in the hand but has a couple flaws. Her Sister '727' in this same auction is better all around in the hand with no flaws......so I started AUB 730 with a lower starting bid. 'AUB 730' is medium-small in size and longer cast with a longer frame and nice reaching wings with great spacing on the outside flights and really nice wing vibration. She also has great feather quality (very soft) and buoyancy. Her frame is well balanced with a one-pin tail. Flaw wise she is not a well muscled pigeon (just lacks some overall muscle) and her vents are loose. (See video where I describe her well). Overall in many respects she is equal to her sister (727 also on the auction). The lack of great muscle and loose vents though will need to be accounted for when choosing a mate from her. She does have very nice pearl eyes with a good circle of correlation and shows good character as well. She was hatched late July 2025 and was bred in an individual breeding pen. Half the proceeds on sale of this hen will go to Steve Sterchi's wife Kim as this was a partnership on keeping 'Missil'.
