When we went to the loft this week this hen immediately stuck out in the loft. This one is built very well and is down from some of the best blood we have in our loft. The pedigree this hen has is really royally bred in our loft. You have a hen here that is inbred to one of the best hens to ever breed in the State of Utah, the "28 Hen" who is responsible for an incredible amount of winners all over the Country. Up for auction is 25-CDR-5962 a beautiful BB hen. This one is special. 

Sire: CDR-4102 BB. This Cock is the nestmate to "GemNEye" who was Eq 1st at 315 and 380 Miles as well as 1st Ace Pigeon in the New England Derby. This Cock bird is a Son of NB-18 who has bred several winners when he was mated to "1744" the incredible hen that lays golden eggs. Her babies are extremely good breeders and flyers.! 

Dam: OJAI-1624 SltPW. This hen was bred from a Mother to Son mating with the intentions of raising a stock hen to further the great Leen Boers line as well as our Hit Pair. She has been a very special breeder throughout the years even though being lightly used. She is inbred as well to 4600 the incredible grizzle hen that was the last breeding Daughter of the "28 hen". This line is the cream of the crop. 

When I say this hen is special I mean it. This one should probably be staying in our loft due to the age of her Momma. We have 3 direct kids of 1624 that we have retained for the stock loft that are getting their first shot this year in the breeding pens. I can't wait to see how her babies do!
