On the sire’s side, he comes from the line of “Prince Rudy”, winner of 1st National Limoges and the fastest of 14,575 pigeons. This is a family known for real race performance and proven breeding quality, further strengthened by “Sonia”, winner of 6th National ACEPIG KBDB Middle Distance.

On the dam’s side, he is out of a half-sister to “White Man”, one of the standout pigeons of the Vrancken-Berden / Vervoort family. White Man won 8 x 1st Prize, 3rd National Ace KBDB 2019, 12th National Ace KBDB 2018, and was also named 1st World Best Pigeon Belgium 2019. Just as importantly, White Man is the father of “Olympic Rico”, one of the best young sprint pigeons of his generation, winner of 1st National Ace Bird Short Distance Youngsters KBDB 2020, 1st National Olympiad Bird Olympic Hope Cat. F KBDB 2020, and 1st World’s Best Ace Bird FCI Short Distance 2020.

The value of this family goes even further. Olympic Rico comes from the golden breeding pair “White Man” x “New Niki”, a pairing that also produced other top-class pigeons such as “Miss White”, 4th National Ace Sprint Young Birds KBDB 2022, and “White Paulien”, 5th National Ace Sprint Young Birds KBDB 2023. Rico has also already proven his value in breeding, with descendants and family members continuing to produce winners and top performers.
