When I walked in the loft to sort out the birds for McCabe's auction this pigeon immediately caught my eye. I handled this pigeon and promptly let her fly and told her you don't get to sell yet, you belong in the Finale and does she ever! She handles exactly how her Momma did as a young bird. Up for auction is 26-CDR-6931 BB Hen. This little hen is from a mating we used to and planned to send a couple out to races from. We did just that and held on to the other two! She is built just right and has all the pieces to be a special breeder, including proven parents!! 

Sire:RW-433 BB Cock: This Kittle bred bird was a special gift from my good friend George Scott. We bred him very lightly when we first got him but the one baby we did send out flew very well for Paul Daniel at 400 miles! We had given him a year break and when we went to mate birds this year I asked myself what in the world I was thinking not using him in 2025!! That wont happen again. He is a monster in the hand and is bouyant as they come for his size!! 

Dam: 24-CDR-4101 BB Hen "GemNEye". She was Eq 1st at 316 and 380 miles in the 2024 New England Derby. She was also 1st Ave Speed in that same race. Her Sire is the great NB 18 Cock bird that has raised many winners in several races!! This hen is smaller in size but is a ball of fire in your hand. 

Okay folks, Like I mentioned I am very high on this sweet thing. She is bred as good as we could make one and will be ready to breed your 2027 Champions!!!
