She is a daughter of Mo Betta and Boomerang, bringing the National Harry/Bono Harry genetics together with the Florian/Turbulence family. She has become one of the very best breeding hens in the NRPL loft, and her influence is already extending into another generation as her successful racers become breeders themselves.
Breeding Highlights: Crown Jewel has produced five money-winning performances at Crooked River alone: AU 23 NRPL 3035 was 5/640b @ 300m, winning $31,297 and 1st Average Speed; AU 23 NRPL 3034 was 24/640b @ 300m; AU 24 NRPL 4019 was 4/637b @ 367m, winning $25,050; AU 24 NRPL 4034 was 56/637b @ 367m; and AU 25 NRPL 5019 was 14/855b @ 367m, winning $13,564. NRPL sells most of its successful racers, so much of the next-generation breeding success from this family occurs in other lofts. AU 23 NRPL 3035, for example, has gone on to become a super breeding hen. NRPL also continues to hear of strong breeding success from children of the Pepe San Badger x Crown Jewel mating.
