Boomerang is off Florian and one of his best racing and breeding daughters - Turbulence. Turbulence is off the NRPL foundation pair of Florian x Aarden 2. Boomerang was originally going to be retained, but a friend asked for an inbred daughter of Florian and she was the only one available to sell. A few years later, NRPL was fortunate enough to buy her back and, as they say, the rest is history! It is hard to imagine where the NRPL loft would be today without her influence.

Breeding Highlights: Boomerang has been an outstanding breeder for NRPL, and her influence has continued through multiple generations. Her daughter Crown Jewel has become one of the best breeding hens NRPL has owned. Crown Jewel has produced five Crooked River money-winning performances, highlighted by 5/640b @ 300m, winning $31,297 and 1st Average Speed; 4/637b @ 367m, winning $25,050; and 14/855b @ 367m, winning $13,564. Crown Jewel's daughter AU 23 NRPL 3035 has since become a super breeding hen, and another daughter, Duchess, produced three money-winning performances in her first year breeding. Boomerang has also bred numerous winners herself, with more recent results including 14/285b @ 351m in the Blue Bucket and a Black Gold Sprint Average money winner.
