A proven breeding pair. Both of these are really nice in the hand. You'll be pleased with them. They produced some great flyers for me. I am going to concentrate on my Faded colored birds and sell my Yellow birds.
This pair will breed you yellow checks and yellow bars. Put a blue cock over this yellow hen and you'll get blue daughters and red sons. The cock sons will carry dilute. If you want red in your loft, this is an easy way to get some red. The cock can sire a yellow daughter or blue daughter with a blue hen. These yellows competed against Champ Camp, Ganus and Harry birds. You'll be hard pressed to find some yellow birds that can compete like these. My old original yellow cock, 1470 is what I started my yellows with. I'm not sure of his parentage but he is an apple bodied medium sized yellow check cock. Daughter KFLY 1987 produced 16th final Plymouth Peak 325 miles. He sired KFLY 2036 1st vs 446 birds at 88 miles, an inbred, 1470 over his own daughter. Children of this pair, KFLY 2020 1st vs. 315 birds at 122 miles, a double grandson of 1470. KFLY 2019, nestmate to KFLY 2020 , 32nd vs. 315 at 122 miles. 37th vs. 522 birds at 88 miles. KFLY 2049 2nd vs. 315 at 120 miles, a gr.son. These birds are linebred heavy and they are still great racers. Enjoy, these birds are nice.
