AU-22-NEL-2201 Blue Check - This is a very well-bred and well-built bird. It is a little longer in body and a little above medium in size with good back and strong vents. The sex can’t be guaranteed but it looks like it might be a cock. It is bred from an aunt x nephew mating and is very highly inbred to the famous “KANNIBAL”, the 1996 1st National ACE middle distance KBDB who then went on to become world-famous as a breeder. The mother of #2201 is a full sister to "Black Feet", one of the top breeding hens for my friend, Sal Rodriguez. She is a granddaughter of "KANNIBAL" and was a gift from Sal. Being so inbred, #2201 should make a great cross with any other top family of birds. The "KANNIBAL" bloodline is in the background of many big winners here in the U.S. and in Belgium, Holland, etc. For example, the mother of "Kleine Dirk", the champion racer and breeder from the loft of the famous Gerard Koopman of Holland, was a daughter of "KANNIBAL"; one grandfather of the famous "Little Miss Nikki", SAMDPR winner, was a grandson of "KANNIBAL"; and the list goes on and on.

Key birds that are up close in 2201's pedigree include "Mr. Turbo", "Reyna De Bourges", "De Bourges", "Rambo", "Sal's Girl", "Kid Kannibal", Kenny's Girl", etc. They are all very closely related to "KANNIBAL". Birds like #2201 with these bloodlines and that are bred this close to the “KANNIBAL” are getting harder and harder to find. #2201 is already a very nice bird and I honestly believe that it is going to be something special and has the potential to become an excellent breeder! It was vaccinated for PMV on 3/2/22.
