Here is another grandson of “De Misha” from the great long-distance family from L. Roodbeen.  This is my favorite handling “De Misha” bird in the loft.  He has a super conformation for a long-distance pigeon.  As you can see on the pedigree, this family is full of distance wins.

I wanted to give more information with regard to these pigeons that have been imported by Brad Hoggan and the reason we are having this auction and selling most of his import pigeons.  Brad’s goal was to only purchased birds that are children or grandchildren from European national winners, and thus, to breed children or grandchildren of national champions to other children or grandchildren of national champions.  He has had great success with this over the years with many one-loft and national winners from his loft.  Two particular pigeons that he named “De Rico” and “Grand Casino” have been the backbone of his success.  He once said the “The best proven Janssen Pigeons of Holland…are really [in his loft] in Utah!”.  He doesn’t typically send many to one-loft races, but told me he has over $200,000 in one-loft winnings.  He has also won about every award from every distance that can be won in club and combine racing over the years.  But, if you know Brad, he doesn’t often publicize his amazing results and doesn’t sell many pigeons.  He recently decided he needed to spend more time with his wife, and shift his focus away from pigeons.  So, when he offered to sell me his birds, I jumped at the opportunity.  

My loft is about half the size of Brad’s, so in order to not crowd the birds, and to maintain optimal health, I had to make the difficult decision to sell some of the birds that I purchased from Brad.  The Gaby Vandenabeele and De Misha birds are the more recent family that Brad has imported, so as much as the birds look outstanding and the pedigrees and race results of parents and siblings are simply amazing, I had to make the tough decision to sell these children and grandchildren of national winners.  After consulting with Brad, I decided to list the starting price at about 1/2, or less than what they were originally purchased for.  We want you to be satisfied with these pigeons and will guarantee that they produce, or your money will be returned, minus the fees from Ipigeon and shipping.  Please text or email Rory Smith with any questions about these pigeons at 435-590-6099 or rocosmith88@gmail.com.  Many have already produced winners for Brad, but there is just not enough room for me to give them a fair shot.  Thanks for your interest!
