Sometimes holding a bird in your hands and performing an assessment for yourself is needed to see if a bird meets your needs and/or standards. When you buy from Singh Family Loft, you will get the opportunity to do just that. Singh Family Loft offers a fourteen day money back guarantee on any bird we sell. If, for any reason, you feel that the bird does not meet your needs, simply notify us via email, text, or phone call within 3 days of receiving the bird and return the bird within fourteen days for a full refund of the purchase price including original shipping charges. Yes, we will take the loss on original shipping costs to you as we stand behind all the birds we offer for sale. However, please note that the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Charges:
We offer a great opportunity with low starting bids so, that everyone has a chance to bid and purchase multiple birds. We encourage everyone to takes an advantage of this opportunity, but unfortunately shipping costs do not allow us to ship more than 3 birds at the rate charged by Ipigeon. We will ship up to 3 birds at the shipping charged by Ipigeon, but after 3 birds the shipping rate begins again as it will require an additional box and post office will charge a separate shipping fee for each additional box. We mention the above as Ipigeon will not collect the extra shipping costs so, before we ship more than 3 birds, the buyer will need to contact us and make arrangements for the extra shipping costs to be paid directly to us. Please understand that we are not trying to make any money from shipping, we are just trying to be fair to you and us.
Shipping & Tracking:
We feel communication is important especially pertaining to shipping so, that you are not left second guessing if the birds have been mailed or not. We will ship the birds on Monday or Tuesday after we have received confirmation to ship. We will email or text you the tracking number so, you can track the shipment. If there is a delay in shipping, we will notify you via email, text, or phone call.
