The event will be 2-24-24 at Harrah’s again this year. We will be changing the bus trip from Down Town Vegas to the Casino South Point as many guests are interested in seeing this off the strip Hotel and Casino we are told South Point of world class with super food The bus will leave Harrah’s Friday at 2 PM there will be no return as everyone like to leave on their own time table.

For guests that prefer to phone in their reservations, they may call our Reservation Center at 800-214-9110 or 702-369-5000 to secure a reservation on your group block. However, they should be aware that a processing fee per reservation will be incurred if they choose not to use your dedicated weblink. Currently, the name of the group is listed as iPigeon 2024. If there are other names we should expect callers to mention, I can add them to our reservation system. Callers may also use your group code to identify the group, SHIPI4.
Please note that you and your guests may make reservations in the block at group rate until Monday, January 22, 2024. After that time, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only. Once the deadline is closer, I will also be reminding you to make any adjustments to your block as allowed by the attrition clause in your contract.
